Build Great Relationships with Alumni by Offering Valuable Career Coaching Workshops
+ Support Alumni going through career transitions & Challenges.
+ Build relationships and loyalty to the school.
+ Create a funnel to engage and encourage development and fund-raising.
All this and more at no cost to the school
Relationships with alumni are increasingly at risk
Education leaders are well aware of this issue.
On average, only 11.1% of alumni donate to their alma mater, and alumni giving declined 8% between 2018 and 2019.* Careers have become more challenging and more volatile in the digital economy, which puts downward pressure on alumni charitable spending.
Institutions who demonstrate that they care about helping alumni thrive and succeed in the workforce can create a more solid bond and drive greater engagement.
As higher education faces challenges on multiple fronts, especially in light of the global pandemic, institutions are looking for new ways to build relationships with alumni that go beyond traditional fundraising, social engagement, and communications initiatives.
